No, Migrate Guru is simply a WordPress migration plugin.
It does not backup your site, and you can not use it to export a compressed copy of your site to a storage account.
You can however, use Migrate Guru to move your site to any web host in the world. Migrate Guru copies your site on to our servers, and moves the copy to your destination site. After your site copy is moved to the destination site, our servers are wiped so we don't have your site data.
