FTP credentials are used to securely modify–– copy, add, delete; files on your site’s server. Usually FTP details can be found on:
- Your hosting account’s dashboard OR
- Your hosting account's cPanel dashboard
In either case, log in to your hosting account, (or your web host’s cPanel account) and you should be able to find your FTP details there.
